We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our Warranty and Refund Policy, which explains our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Pet Empire offers a limited warranty on certain products, which guarantees that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty terms vary depending on the product category, and they are outlined below:
a. Product Warranty Coverage
- Duration: Warranty coverage lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. It does not cover:
- Damages caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care.
- Wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage from exposure to harsh conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, chemicals, etc.).
- Products that have been modified or altered.
b. Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and within the warranty period, please contact us at petempireho@gmail.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Description of the defect or issue.
- Photos or videos of the damaged product (if applicable).
Once we receive your claim, we will assess it and provide instructions for returning the product. If the claim is approved, we may:
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished one.
- Offer a full refund (if a replacement is not possible).
2. Refund and Return Policy
At Pet Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy on most products. Please read the following guidelines:
a. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of recieving the product, if there is no change of mind refund within these 14 days the refund request could be rejected.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
b. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at petempireho@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions on how to send the item back.
c. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- The customer must send viable payment methods to recieve the refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
We do not automatically process exchanges; returned items will be refunded, and new purchases can be made separately.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will offer a full refund or replacement, including covering return shipping costs. You may need to provide:
- Photos of the damage or incorrect items.
- A copy of the shipping label.
